Scratch and Oxidation Reduction

Using professional grade polishing and rubbing compounds and / or  a soft cloth- high speed buffer we may be  able to reduce or eliminate the appearance of minor scratches, paint oxidation and paint transfers. 

Head Lamp Polishing

Surface oxidation on plastic or Plexiglas headlight casings will reduce headlight performance and may cause a rejection on your state inspections.  Replacing headlamps can be very expensive.  Using our polishing process can often reduce or remove the oxidation and fading, inexpensively preventing the need for headlight replacement. 

Exterior Paint Overspray and Paint Transfer Removal

In many cases, paint splatter from road spills or exposure to industrial / environmental conditions - or paint transfer resulting from minor impacts with painted surfaces or other vehicles can be reduced or removed using a chemical polishing / high speed buffing process

Hard Water/Well Water deposit reduction

When hard water or well water drops (usually from lawn sprinklers) is allowed to evaporate over time, it can leave behind unsighlty mineral deposits which can dull your paint and do not come off with conventional soap and water cleaning.  In most cases, these deposits can be safely removed from painted metal surfaces with a mild chemical or buffing process which does not damage the finish

 

Engine Compartment Cleaning

The most common technique for cleaning engines is spraying degreasing chemicals or high pressure steam into the engine while it is running, then rinsing it with pressurized water, and misting the engne down with silicone.  While this process is safe for most cars and produces good visual results immediately - We do not reccommend it.  Not all engines (especially in cars more than 2-3 years old) have 100% water tight integrity in their vital electrical, intake, and compression systems.  This steam cleaning / degreasing technique  can cause hundreds or thousands of dollars in potential damages to those vehicles



Instead - we hand clean the engine with a brush or soft cloth, and individually dress each accessible engine component, and the underside of the hood.  It takes longer, but it is much safer for your engine.

Many times vehicle exteriors can require additional attention and work to reduce or remove certain kinds of damage and wear effects (such as paint oxidation, minor scratches, oxidized or "cloudy" headlights and paint transfer or overspray).

  In some (not all) cases, this damage can be reduced or removed eliminating the need for hundreds or even thousands of dollars in paint or part replcement costs.

If we can't reduce the appearance of the damage - there is no additional fee
